cOcOn 2017 – Cyber Security and Hacking Conference

c0c0n 2017 – Security and Hacking Conference to be held on 17, 18 and 19th Aug. 2017

The c0c0n 2017, an annual event which is organized as part of the International Information Security Day will be held on 17^th, 18^th& 19^thAugust, 2017. The pre-conference workshop will be held at Crowne Plaza, Kochi on 17^th August and the conference will be at Le Meridien, Kochi on 18^th& 19^th August, 2017.

Information Security Research Association (ISRA) will be organizing and hosting the 10th edition of the two day International Information Security Summit titled “c0c0n2017 – Hacking and Cyber Security Briefing, in association with The Society for the Policing of Cyberspace (POLCYB – a not-for-profit society based in British Columbia, Canada). During this era, when cybercrimes are increasing at a proportionate rate, Kerala police is also playing an important role in this security conference in association with POLCYB.

Wokshop - 17/08/2017

Venue: Crowne Plaza, Kochi

The workshop will mainly have Windows Internals &Reverse Engineering, Extreme Web Hacking (XWH), Practical Wireless Exploitation for IOT devices – Pen-tester edition, Tactical OSINT for Pen-testers and Cyber Investigators, Monitoring &Defending Infrastructure Security Attacks, Walking the dark roads of Darknet, Introduction to Hardware Reverse Engineering, and Workshop on Blockchain.

Conference - 18/08/2017, 19/08/2017

Venue: Le Meridien, Kochi

This security conference will mainly have security briefings, Hands-on Training and Capacity Building Workshop, Entertainment with Networking, Exhibition and Display Stalls, Hardware and Hacking Villages, Capture the Flag Hacking Contests, and Hackathon. The security workshop also serves as a platform for various corporate, government agencies, academia, research organizations, hackers in Kochi and other industry leaders for building a secure cyber-eco-system. The security conference being held at Kochi will be attended by over 1500 delegates from Asia and abroad.
