Marriott, Kochi is organizing a 14 day food festival named “Flavours of India” between 1st and 14th of August, 2015. The festival will feature 14 different cuisines from 14 different parts of the vibrant country. The hotel team has handpicked an exciting mix of cuisines from across the country; from the valleys of Kashmir to the backwaters of Kerala, with cuisines specific to a place in each state. The festival will feature distinct Desi Chinese food from Calcutta’s Chinatown Tangra, the unique boatman’s fish curry from Kerala, Chettinad cuisine from Tamil Nadu and more. Each day of the festival will feature a different cuisine. The fest ends on 15th August with the Independence Day brunch.
