The dishes were unlike any taste of the same I ever had. Kothi special fishes really crispy and the pothu parallan a strong taste of coconut oil and green chilly. And the kozhi kudampuliyittu vechathu really appreciable with a different taste. The courses are complemented with juices like kanthari sarbath which is essentially a spiced up lime juice.
