NISH to hold webinar on parents’ role in education of hearing-impaired children on Sept. 17

Thiruvananthapuram, Sept.16: The National Institute of Speech and Hearing (NISH) will be conducting an online seminar on the role of parents in the education of hearing-impaired children on Saturday (September 17).
NISH Online Interactive Disability Awareness (NIDAS) webinar on “Role of Parents in the Educational Process of Children with Hearing Impairment,” is being organised in association with the Directorate of Social Justice.
Shri Hubbu Rahiman. K, Special Educator, Rahmaniya School for Handicapped, Kozhikode, will lead the webinar. The one-hour Malayalam webinar, the 70th in the series, will be streamed live on Google Meet platform and YouTube from the NISH campus at Akkulam here from 10.30 am on the day.
